  • Screech and Scream Fountain Fireworks, voluntarily recalled by Black Cat Fireworks. The firework can produce a loud bang and unexpectedly scatter debris, posing an injury hazard to the user and bystanders.

  • “It’s a Girl Thing” Bracelets, Necklaces, and Phone Charms, voluntarily recalled by Bead Bazaar USA Inc. The children’s jewelry could contain high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

  • LaJolla Boat Bed and Pirates of the Caribbean Twin Trundle Beds, voluntarily recalled by Bayside Furnishings. The lid supports on the toy chests fail to prevent the lid from closing too quickly, posing an entrapment and strangulation hazard to young children.

  • Oh Chute Parachute with Streamer Fireworks, voluntarily recalled by Fireworks Over America. The parachutes can become entangled in overhead power lines causing a shock hazard to users and bystanders.

  • Outdoor Canopies, voluntarily recalled by Wanda Technology Inc. The canopies fail to comply with a voluntary flammability standard could pose a fire hazard to consumers.

  • SunRinglé Hollow Quick Release Devices for Bicycles, voluntarily recalled by Hayes Bicycle Group. The quick release devices can unexpectedly fail or break when locked in position on the bicycle, causing the rider to lose control, which poses a serious fall hazard.

  • Paintball Gun Remote Line Adapters, voluntarily recalled by RAP4 (Real Action Paintball Inc.). The remote line adapter can burst when over tightened, posing serious impact and laceration hazards to consumers.

  • DC Power Supplies, voluntarily recalled by RadioShack Corp. The recalled power supplies are wired incorrectly, posing electrocution and fire hazards.

  • Redcat Racing FM Remote Controlled Vehicles, voluntarily recalled by Redcat Racing Co. The remote control unit can lose its signal, causing the toy vehicle to lose control, posing a risk of injury to the user or bystanders.

  • Taggies™ Sleep’n Play Infant Garments, voluntarily recalled by Rashti & Rashti. The snaps on these garments can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

    Children’s Sun Block Jackets and Hoodies, voluntarily recalled by Coolibar Inc. The garments have a drawstring through the hood, posing a strangulation hazard to children.

    RXV Golf Cars, voluntarily recalled by E-Z-GO. The hip restraints on the cars can detach at the base, posing a fall and injury risk to consumers.

  • ">

    “Thunder Wolf” Remote Controlled Indoor Helicopters, voluntarily recalled by Westminster Inc. The rechargeable battery inside the helicopter can overheat. This can result in the helicopter’s body melting, as well as a risk of fire or burns to consumers.

    2nd Nature Built to Grow Cribs, voluntarily recalled by Stanley Furniture Company Inc. The cribs could fail to meet a federal safety standard for crib dimensions. When the mattress support is in the middle setting, the space between the mattress and the crib could be too wide, posing an entrapment hazard to infants.

    HP Fax 1010 and 1010xi Machines, voluntarily recalled by Hewlett-Packard Co. An internal electrical component failure can cause overheating of the product posing a risk of burn or fire.

    2008 Model Year Mongoose Youth ATVs, voluntarily recalled by KYMCO USA. A manufacturing defect in the carburetor can cause the throttle to stick open, posing a risk of serious injury or death to the rider.

    2008 Model Year KFX 50 and KFX 90 Youth ATVs, voluntarily recalled by Kawasaki Motors Corp. U.S.A. The throttle can fail to return to the idle position when released or could fail to be at idle on start-up. This could result in loss of vehicle control, posing a risk of serious injury or death to the rider.

    Jardine Cribs, voluntarily recalled by Jardine Enterprises. The wooden crib slats and spindles can break, creating a gap, which can pose an entrapment and strangulation hazard to infants.

    Nordstrom’s Cadence-Lea and Trio-Lea Girl’s Sandals, voluntarily recalled by Nordstrom Inc. The flower embellishments on the sandals can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
